The Dichotomies

A deafening silence;

a familiar stranger;

an unfamiliar friend.

A hateful love,

a welcoming rage.

A sorrowful laughter;

A cathartic grief.

A balanced chaos;

Holding nothing,

letting go of the empty;

embracing the void.

The universe;

unity and entropy.

Made of all and nothing.

Clarity and confusion;

gain and loss.

The hopeful moment;

a sweet surrender.

Beauty in nothing;

Wonder in everything.

I am all things,

and nothing at all.
